Data we use and why
You may provide your name, company, phone number, email address, project location and description, and attach files. We use this information to respond, assess the scope of work and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). If we enter into a contract, further processing may be needed to perform it and meet legal obligations.
Form and service providers
FormSubmit processes the contact form and forwards submissions to kontakt@aquaweld.pl, a mailbox handled by Google Workspace. LH.pl hosts the website. These providers receive data as needed to deliver their services. Using FormSubmit and Google may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area; their own documents describe the applicable arrangements. Please do not send sensitive information or files unnecessary for assessing the work.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries for the time needed to handle them and any resulting work, then for any period required by law or needed to establish, pursue or defend claims. You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and where applicable data portability or object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Website measurement and consent
Providing information in an enquiry is voluntary. Without contact details and a description of the task, we may be unable to respond. Google Analytics 4 loads only if you consent. We measure page views, phone or email clicks, and form completion confirmed by a redirect to the thank-you page. An Analytics event alone does not confirm email delivery; the enquiry text is not sent to Analytics. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the website or form. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through “Privacy settings” in the footer. We do not use advertising tags. The server may keep technical logs needed for operation and security.
