1. Data controller

2. Data we process and why
- Enquiries and contact: details supplied in the form, by email or by phone are used to reply, assess the scope of work, prepare a quotation and take steps before entering into a contract.
- Service delivery and legal duties: if we work together, information may be used to provide the service, handle accounting, meet legal obligations and establish or defend claims.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It helps us measure traffic and improve the website. Form contents are not sent to Analytics.
- Security: the server may record technical logs such as IP address, request date, requested resource and browser information to keep the website secure and operational.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the situation, we process information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract, for our legitimate interests in handling correspondence, securing the website and managing claims, to meet legal obligations, and — for Google Analytics — on the basis of consent.
4. Contact form and recipients
The form is technically handled by FormSubmit and delivers the message to kontakt@aquaweld.pl in Google Workspace. Do not include sensitive information or anything not needed to assess the job. Hosting, email and IT providers may also process data only as required to provide their services.

5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the contact and prepare possible work, and afterwards where justified by accounting, legal or claims-related periods. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Technical server logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s settings and policies.
6. Cookies and Consent Mode
The website stores your privacy choice locally under aw_consent_v1. This setting is necessary to remember your decision. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and its cookies are not set. After consent, Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_* cookies. Consent Mode v2 advertising signals remain disabled.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Privacy settings” button at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent blocks future analytics events and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting processing performed before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
8. Providing data and policy changes
Providing information is voluntary, but without contact details or a description of the work we may be unable to respond. This policy may be updated when the website, providers or applicable requirements change.
